Commercial Litigation
I started my law career in 1973 at an international law firm in Cleveland, Ohio. There I represented large publicly held companies in complex commercial litigation and large corporate transactions.
Boutique Small Business Litigation
During this time, I moved to Tampa and then back to Cleveland practicing in smaller and smaller settings. Over this time I primarily represented individuals and entrepreneurs. My experience grew to include a wide gamut of matters ranging from domestic relations to personal injury to employment litigation to construction litigation.
Head of Litigation
I moved to a mid-size law firm in 1987, where I chaired the litigation practice group for nineteen years.

I founded my solo practice in Naples in 2006 where I continue to handle construction and other types of business litigation. I also continue to represent small businesses in corporate and real estate matters.
